The 5000 ton heat exchange pipe project of Zhejiang Jiuli Co., Ltd., undertaken by Zhejiang Jiuli Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd., has recently successfully completed the lifting of the first steel column and held a groundbreaking ceremony.

Due to the special nature of the equipment in the 5000 ton heat exchange pipe project, the design adopts the form of continuous extraction of five columns, resulting in extremely large loads on the surrounding components, including a 45 meter long crane beam and truss, as well as multiple special-shaped columns. The component with a span of 45 meters has brought us unprecedented challenges during the manufacturing process. During this period, the company's leadership visited the construction site multiple times for inspection and attached great importance to this project.

The crane beam has a large span (45m), a large size (0.4m wide and 3.2m high), and a heavy weight (35t), which is extremely rare in the construction of metallurgical industrial plants, posing great difficulties for production and installation. The control of key points such as the arched control of the crane beam, machining allowance control, assembly of H-shaped steel, and welding is a real challenge facing the employees of Jiuli Steel Structure. Faced with unprecedented challenges, Jiuli Steel Structure attaches great importance to it from top to bottom, carefully arranges and organizes, and the company leaders and various departments work together and closely cooperate. The workers work overtime, selflessly assemble and weld, and bid farewell to sleepless nights. In the production of crane beam trusses, the contradiction of simultaneous production of several difficult processing project components and tight construction period was overcome. After more than a month, all preparations were finally completed before the lifting, ensuring the overall improvement of the project on schedule.

The smooth implementation and completion of the production and installation tasks of the ultra long crane beam and truss project marks significant progress in the production and installation of Jiuli Steel Structure, and the employee team has also undergone a test and exercise as a result.
