In 2013, Fujian jointly carried out a shutdown and major overhaul, resulting in urgent projects, scattered orders, and high production requirements. From April 13, 2013, when Jiuli received the first contract from Fujian United, to December 10, 2013, in a short period of nearly 8 months, Jiuli Chief Engineer received a total of 34 contracts of all sizes from Fujian United, with an average of one order every 7 days, ranging from tens of kilograms, hundreds of kilograms, to hundreds of tons. Regardless of the size of the order, everyone worked together, actively coordinated, and fully unleashed their firepower. Finally, in January 2014, all orders related to Fujian United were completed, buying valuable production time for its renovation and overhaul project. During this period, Fujian United raised objections to product quality. According to the salesperson's recollection, on that day, he immediately reported to the company leadership when he received doubts about the quality of a certain variety from the Fujian United Supply and Distribution Department. The company immediately established an emergency response team, and relevant personnel rushed to the site within 24 hours to resolve any objections for the customer. Through understanding the on-site products and construction situation, and after technical exchanges with third-party inspection, construction units, and relevant departments in Fujian, it was found that Jiuli products have no quality problems and can be used safely and normally. Fujian United, inspection, and construction units were deeply shocked by it, and it is rare for a company to react so quickly in the same industry. At the same time, as long as Jiuli's business personnel are on site, they actively help to transport objects. With meticulous service and proactive attitude, Fujian United and inspection and construction units have all given a thumbs up to Jiuli products and Jiuli people.
